Paul Dujardin, Founding Chairman

Paul Dujardin, the original founder of the Company, serves as the Chairman of the Board and will continue to develop new business opportunities for the Company, leveraging his significant experience and relationships in the industry. Mr. Dujardin has over 35 years of experience in the Video and Telecommunications industries. Prior to Genesis, Mr. Dujardin founded Triumph Communications in 1993, a Video-over-Asynchronous Transfer Mode (“ATM”) provider and served as President until its sale to Liberty Livewire in 2000 for $54 million. Triumph Communications designed and implemented the first all-digital dedicated network for CNN, and a local Television backhaul fiber network for DirecTV.



Mike Antonovich, President & CEO

Mike Antonovich, the new Chief Executive Officer of the Company, brings more than 30 years of broadcast and satellite industry sales, marketing, operations, and executive experience to his position. Prior to joining Genesis Networks, he was president and Chief Executive Officer of The SPACECONNECTION Inc., a wholly owned and independent subsidiary of Telesat Canada, and the industry’s largest satellite bandwidth reseller of satellite capacity. Mr. Antonovich earlier served as executive vice president, global sales and marketing, and corporate officer of PanAmSat, the world’s first privately-owned satellite system and the recognized pioneer and market leader in the development of global television contribution and distribution via satellite. During his 18-year career at PanAmSat, Mr. Antonovich was a key member of PanAmSat’s executive management team and was noted as the catalyst for the launch of many of the company’s innovative satellite service solutions. Mr. Antonovich also served ten years in a variety of broadcast and satellite operations and engineering positions with the ESPN sports network and with Group W Satellite Communications.



Chris Stocking, President, Europe

Chris Stocking, President, Europe, is responsible for expanding Genesis Networks business opportunities throughout the U.K. and other areas of Europe. Stocking brings a distinguished broadcasting career to Genesis Networks, having held numerous senior editorial and management posts in international news. He joins Genesis Networks from The Associated Press (AP), where he was head of AP Television’s broadcast services in London. There, he managed facilities serving more than 300 news networks at major news events around the world. He was responsible for the rapid development of the news agency’s live shot positions, and for expanding the AP’s operations into Asia and Latin America. Prior to moving to London, Stocking spent 12 years in the U.S. He led all AP Television news operations in North and South America. Previously, Stocking served as the EBU’s U.S. bureau chief and pioneered the agency’s move into more commercial operations in the region.



Mark Wallhauser, Executive Vice President

Mark Wallhauser joined Genesis in 2007. He reports directly to the CEO, Mike Antonovich, and is responsible for the day to day operation of the business with oversight responsibilities for the Sales, Network Operations, Engineering and Finance departments with the support of his direct reports. Mr. Wallhauser has over 25 years of experience in the Telecommunications Industry, much of it with companies serving the Broadcast Community including Wold Communications, Teleport Communications and idb Communications. He is experienced working in management roles for both start-up, high growth companies and established, industry leaders including Sprint and AT&T.

Mr. Wallhauser brings his broad work experience including Marketing, Program Management, Product Development, Sales, Sales Operations and Sales Management to Genesis. Mr. Wallhauser and Mr. Dujardin have a long history of success working together, developing the media segment for Teleport Communications and significantly growing the video transmission services segment for idb Communications. Mr. Wallhauser is a past President of the NY Chapter of SSPI.



Jeremy Dujardin, Co-founder, Chief Technical Officer

Jeremy Dujardin is a founding member of Genesis Networks. Before joining Genesis Networks, he served in a similar capacity at Triumph. Mr. Dujardin played a crucial role in the development of Triumph’s digital services. He developed the first remote access for digital authorization for the General Instrument DCI system. Mr. Dujardin has also developed the digital switching, multiplexing system for Triumph’s compressed video network. He also developed Triumph’s Per Meg Per Mile®, the first ever clear channel, variable bandwidth, on-demand video transmission product in the United States. In addition, Mr. Dujardin designed the underlying Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) network technology and fiber strategy used to support Triumph’s entire fiber transmission network, including the Local Channel Backhaul Network for DIRECTV. This was the largest such ATM network at the time.



Elio Parente, Co-founder, Chief Operations Officer

Elio Parente is a founding member of Genesis Networks. Before joining Genesis Networks, he served in a similar capacity at Triumph. He was responsible for the implementation of a multi city digital network for CNN. Mr. Parente supervised the transition of several cable channels including, Court TV from the Motorola DCI to the Motorola DCII system and managed the implementation and supported the operation of a 40 market Local Into Local Broadcast Television backhaul fiber network to support DirecTV’s local TV channel service distribution. He has over 16 years of video industry experience.

Before joining Triumph in 1997, Mr. Parente held multiple positions in television studios, postproduction facilities and mobile facilities. He served as the engineer in charge of the design and installation of master control rooms, on-line editing suites, non-linear avid suites, on air videotape playback facilities and tape duplication rooms. As a postproduction manager, Mr. Parente handled the management of personnel, equipment, scheduling and customer relations.



Paul Parente, Co-Founder, Senior Vice President, Global Sales

Paul Parente has been with Genesis Networks since January 2002. Before Genesis Networks, Mr. Parente served as Triumph’s Sales Director in charge of domestic and international sales. He was instrumental in obtaining the majority of Triumph’s broadcast and cable customer sales, as well as for developing and training the sales department. Under Mr. Parente’s leadership, annual revenue grew from $5 million to $30 million at the time of its sale to Liberty Livewire.
